For almost 30 years, the Erie County Home Team Homeless and Housing Coalition has been working on eradicating homelessness in Erie County, PA. Our partner agencies and individuals are focused on treating those in need with compassion, kindness and respect. The work of the coalition will not be complete until all of those in need have a safe, warm and secure place to call their own each night.
