The City of Erie, PA hereby requests applications for the development of affordable rental housing pursuant to the City’s funding under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) - American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP), which provides funds for housing development, homelessness assistance and supportive services, and the City’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan, submitted to and approved by HUD.
The City’s Allocation Plan may be found at the City’s website: https://cityof.erie.pa.us These funds will be used to benefit individuals and families who meet the HOME-ARP criteria for qualifying populations, defined in Notice CPD 21-10 Requirements for the Use of Funds in the HOME-American Rescue Plan Program (the Notice), published September 13, 2021 and described in Appendix A:
