The Erie County Department of Human Services, Offices of Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities, serves as the Lead Applicant Agency of the Erie County Continuum of Care, and offers a variety of supportive services.  Supportive services are provided to the Governing Board, general membership, and subcommittees in order for the CoC to carry out all necessary functions related to required HUD functions.
